I can say without hesitation that Winstar must be setting their video keno at 88 percent and probably much lower. Having lived in las vegas for 20 years I knew slot techs who showed me the percentage of payout on nickel keno machines and the average payout is 92 percent. Investigate this place for highway robbery.
